Citizen Garden: A Podcast on the Citizen Web
Chris Messina seems to have coined the term “Citizen Web”, which I think is a terrific moniker for the portable/distributed social networking technologies that are bubbling up. Much better than the “Open Web”, it really emphasizes the focus on empowering the individual. I hope that Netroots.com will be one of the first Citizen Web applications.
I’ve also given up on the Semantic Web, because as much as I tried to get into it, it remains too theoretical and mired in confusing jargon and dense ideas.
